Our Brussels lawyers advise major national and multinational companies on issues arising from the three pillars of EU and national competition law: merger control, antitrust enforcement and state aid control. The Brussels office also has significant experience in handling EU regulatory and legislative issues, with particular expertise in environmental law, product safety, telecommunications and trade law.
With our focus on EU competition and regulatory law, the Brussels office generally recruits lawyers who are already members of an EU bar. The Brussels office seeks new lawyers as needed in response to client demands.
