Lawyers in the firm’s Madrid office represent some of the largest Spanish entities on cross-border matters, as well as act for European and US corporates, private equity sponsors, and financial institutions conducting business in Spain.
With more than 50 lawyers, Latham’s Madrid office generally recruits new lawyers and lateral associates to grow the office and in response to increasing client demands.
