A Tier 1 Practice At the Heart of European Competition Activity
Latham’s Brussels office serves as the hub of the firm’s highly regarded European antitrust and competition practice as well as our State aid and European regulatory practice. Our multilingual team hails from across the European Union so is well suited to handle cross-border matters. We routinely represent clients before the European Commission, EU courts, as well as EU Member State authorities and courts on a full spectrum of antitrust and competition issues, coordinating closely with colleagues across our global offices.
The Brussels office runs two six-month traineeships per year for graduates ideally with post-graduate status in EU Competition Law.
