Qualifications

The Latham Banking & Private Credit Practice is seeking associates with a minimum of three years of private credit, leveraged finance or sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings experience, gained in multijurisdictional deals from a leading financial market. Our clients are banks, direct lenders, and leading private equity houses. This is a high growth practice with a supportive, collegial culture that continues to expand every year.
