#MyAdvancement — Associates and Counsel
As an associate, counsel, or legal analyst, you will receive:
STRUCTURED FURTHER EDUCATION PORTFOLIO
1st to 3rd year associates take part in fixed modules three times a year — e.g. on legal basics, entrepreneurial expertise, and interpersonal skills.
4th year associates onwards, as well as counsel and partners, receive training, coaching, and workshops for individual career development. These include negotiation management, strategic positioning and legal PR, legal project management, and much more.
Counsel participates in a special program where they receive tailor-made trainings focused on interpersonal skills.
Legal analysts receive special training to advance their personal and professional development skills.
INNOVATIVE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
All lawyers receive access to the extensive online resources and e-learning courses in our #MyAdvancement library — with practical tips and tools for client meetings, network development, personal branding, and much more
CAREER GUIDANCE – PARTNER CAREER COACHING PROGRAM
All lawyers also receive personal coaching from our partners and structured development meetings based on defined milestones four times a year.
