Compensation
Latham offers market-leading compensation that recognizes performance, rewards excellence, and reflects the value our associates bring to clients and the firm. Below is our current salary scale, which is updated January 1 of each year.
Merit-based bonuses are available and awarded according to each associate’s performance and contributions for the year as well as overall firm performance. We award progression credit and a bonus to associates who have completed a qualifying clerkship. Clerks from the US Supreme Court are given an additional bonus.
