How to Apply to Latham
Hear what students are saying about LEAD, our early-application program:
“…I enjoyed my experience applying early and interviewing outside of the conventional process, because I received a significant opportunity to have genuine conversations with lawyers and students on a more relaxed timeline.”
Northwestern Pritzker School of Law Candidate
“…I especially appreciated Latham’s LEAD timeline transparency. I knew in winter/spring what the timeline would follow, and how I could be prepare for it. I did not have to take part in my school's OCI process, which provided significant relief through the entire application cycle.”
University of Chicago Law School Candidate
“I think the LEAD program is fantastic…and loved that the LEAD response time was so quick and efficient. The program allowed me to choose a firm earlier in the summer, so I did not have to participate in the official EIP program. It made my decision-making process less stressful than the alternative of having to do interviews right before school began.”
Harvard Law School Candidate
“LEAD gave me more time to do my due diligence on each firm and find the best fit.”
Yale Law School Candidate
“Participating in the LEAD program made me want to sign with Latham. Latham's proactive hiring and clarity were immensely valuable and helped make my choice easy.”
Vanderbilt University Law School Candidate
“The experience of applying through LEAD provided me with more time to research and consider my options.”
University of Virginia School of Law Candidate
