Application Timeline and Process

Applications for the class of 2026 are now closed. Through Latham Early Action Days (LEAD), you can apply early to our 2L summer program. By participating in LEAD you receive a decision earlier in the process — a great approach if you have a strong interest in working at Latham. Below are some key dates and events for you to stay aware of. We look forward to meeting you!

Timeline:

October to December

GET TO KNOW LATHAM

Get to know Latham on campus, or through one of our many job simulations and webinars. Visit our comprehensive preparation platform, Latham Interview Prep, to guide you through each step of the application process.

December 1 to February 1

1L APPLICATION PERIOD

Apply to our 2024 1L IP Litigation Summer Associate position or our 2024 1L Diversity Scholar position and 2024 Student Diversity Leadership Academy.

April 5 to April 7

STUDENT DIVERSITY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Attend the 2024 Diversity Leadership Academy in San Francisco (please note that this event is invitation only).

June 10 to June 17

2L EARLY APPLICATION PERIOD

Apply early to our 2025 2L Summer Associate position and to our 2025 2L Diversity Scholars Program.

You are strongly encouraged to apply after you have your spring semester grades to expedite application review.

June 18 to June 28
