Judicial Clerks

Latham highly values the experience judicial clerks bring to the firm. We regularly encourage summer associates and associates to reach out to supervisors for guidance and support with judicial clerkship applications. For those who are interested in joining the firm from a clerkship, please reach out to the applicable local office contact. Note, our Orange County office is accepting judicial clerkship applications for fall 2024 new associate positions in the Litigation & Trial department. Eligible candidates can apply here.

We award progression credit and a bonus to associates who have completed a qualifying clerkship. Clerks from the US Supreme Court and US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit are given an additional bonus.
